Terms of Service
Effective 2026-11-07. Please read these terms before you buy. Section 13 says disputes go to individual arbitration and waives class actions, unless you opt out.
1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and NetSaint, United States ("NetSaint", "we", "us"). Contact us at support@netsaint.win.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher. By buying, you confirm that you are. Our products aren't for children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
3. What we sell
Gaming VPN plans. Access to the VPN location(s) in your plan, from the home IP address you give us, for the plan's term. Access is for you and your household only.
NetSaint RTM license keys. A key is a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to activate NetSaint RTM on one computer for the key's term. You're buying a license, not the software or any ownership of it. The software isn't sold or delivered as part of your order. Each key binds to the first computer it activates on. Moving it to a new computer needs a reset from us.
4. Orders, delivery and renewals
Orders are delivered by hand after your payment confirms, usually within a few hours. We email you when your order is ready, and your order page always shows its status. Plans and keys with a term end on the date shown on your order page. Nothing renews automatically. You only pay again if you choose to renew, and renewal time is added onto your current end date.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by NOWPayments (crypto and Cash App) and MoonPay (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo). Their own terms apply to your payment, and MoonPay may charge its own fee and ask you to verify your identity. Crypto payments are final on the blockchain, so refunds are sent as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund until your order is delivered. After delivery, our Refund Policy applies.
EU and UK buyers: you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content or services. At checkout you ask us to start delivery right away, and you acknowledge that you lose that right for a license key once it's delivered. We confirm this in your order email. For VPN plans, if you cancel within 14 days we refund you for the days you didn't use.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. It also passes on rules from our hosting providers that apply to your use of our VPN servers.
8. License key rules
- Don't share, sell, lend, publish or give away your key.
- Don't crack, bypass, patch or disable the license check, its heartbeat, or the machine binding.
- Don't use the key on more than one computer at a time.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access, revoke your key, or remove your IP from our whitelist if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if a payment is reversed or disputed, if a hosting provider or authority requires it, or to protect our service or other customers. If we end your access without you being at fault, we refund you for the unused part of your plan.
10. Third-party services
Our VPN servers are hosted by OVHcloud (Canada) and ZAP-Hosting (Germany), and payments go through NOWPayments and MoonPay. We're not responsible for outages or actions of those providers, or of any game, platform or service you connect to. NetSaint is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher or platform.
11. Disclaimers
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated here. We work to keep our servers online and protected, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds or ping, that every attack can be stopped, or that a game, platform or service will allow or keep working with our products. You're responsible for complying with the rules of the games, platforms and services you use.
12. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about our products or these terms is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or game or platform accounts. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
13. Disputes, arbitration and class action waiver
Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, email us a description of the problem and what you want. We'll both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
Arbitration. If we can't resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute about our products or these terms will be decided by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, run by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration can be held by video or phone. We'll pay the filing and arbitrator fees beyond what you'd pay to file in court.
Exceptions. Either of us can bring an individual claim in small claims court instead. Either of us can go to court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property. Nothing here waives your right to seek public injunctive relief where that right can't be waived by law.
No class actions. Claims can only be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.
Opting out. You can opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase with your order number and the words "arbitration opt-out".
Governing law. These terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and, otherwise, by the laws of the United States and the state where NetSaint is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds the class action waiver unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court, not arbitration.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Changes to section 13 don't apply to disputes we already knew about.
15. General
These terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. You can't transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of the business.
16. Contact and California notice
