How fast do I get my order?
Your order page updates as soon as your payment confirms. We then set up your order by hand, usually within a few hours, and email you when it's ready. Card, PayPal and Venmo confirm in a minute or two. Crypto and Cash App take one network confirmation, usually 5 to 30 minutes.
Which payment methods can I use?
Crypto works worldwide. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay work in 160+ countries and also show local bank options. PayPal works in the US, UK and EU. Venmo and Cash App are US only.
Why does the VPN need my home IP?
Our VPN servers only accept connections from whitelisted IPs, which keeps strangers off them. Enter your home's public IP at checkout. If it changes later, update it from your order page.
How do I connect to the VPN?
You get an OpenVPN config file (.ovpn) for each location. Import it into OpenVPN Connect on your PC or phone, or into your router to cover consoles. Contact support if you need help with console setup.
What does an RTM key include?
A license key for NetSaint RTM. One key works on one PC. Monthly keys can be renewed and the days are added on.
How do renewals work?
Open your order page and click Renew. For RTM keys the days are added onto your existing key. For VPNs your config and IP stay the same. Nothing renews automatically, and we email you a few days before anything expires.
I lost my order link. What now?
Use Find my order and we'll email you links to every order made with your email.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel for a full refund until your order is delivered. After that, sales are final except in the cases in our refund policy.
