Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 2026-11-07. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Don't use our VPNs or keys to
- break any law, or help anyone else break one;
- attack, flood, scan, probe or break into any network, server or device, including DDoS attacks;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or run open proxies or relays;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights, or share pirated content;
- distribute malware, phishing, or anything designed to harm people or systems;
- harass, threaten, or exploit anyone, or anything involving the abuse of minors;
- mine cryptocurrency, run bots or automated traffic, or put abnormal load on our servers;
- do anything that gets our servers or IP addresses blacklisted, or breaks our hosting providers' rules.
Don't share or resell access
VPN configs are for you and your household, from the home IP we whitelisted. License keys are for one person and one computer. Don't share, sell, rent or publish either.
Hosting provider rules
Our servers are hosted by OVHcloud and ZAP-Hosting. Their acceptable-use rules also apply to anything you do through our servers. If a provider tells us your use breaks their rules, we have to act on it.
How we handle abuse
Send abuse reports to support@netsaint.win. We look into every report and may suspend access while we do. If we find abuse, we remove access, revoke keys, and may refuse future orders, without a refund. We terminate repeat infringers.
Legal requests
We respond to valid legal process, such as subpoenas and court orders, as required by law. Our Privacy Policy lists exactly what we keep.
